The Job You'll be Doing

  • Meeting and greeting visitors.
  • Use of switchboard.
  • Replenishing tea and coffee.
  • Managing the teams shared inbox.
  • Booking meeting rooms.
  • Setting up meeting rooms.
  • Ordering catering.
  • Arranging porter requests.
  • Any other duties as required.
