Location: Home based- Commutable to Worcester
Salary: £25,000-£28,000
Overview
Redwood Search are recruiting a Telesales Executive working with a Worcester based consultancy. The role is for a motivated Telesales executive with a knack for building rapport over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients, generating leads and creating interest in in the services.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls and client interactions.
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
- Meet daily and weekly targets for calls made and appointments set.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads.
- Provide feedback and insights on customer responses to improve sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with a clear, confident, and friendly phone manner.
- Ability to handle objections and remain positive under pressure.
- Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
- Comfortable using CRM software and basic computer applications.
