  • Remuneration: £25,000 to £30,000

We are seeking a Ecommerce Administrator to join a growing business. This role is integral to supporting and maintaining effective e-commerce operations and requires a candidate with excellent communication skills, strong organisational ability, and a keen eye for detail.

Day to Day of the Role:

  • Manage stock control, ensuring accurate reporting and organisation of office warehouse stock levels.
  • Maintain efficiency across all Amazon channels (USA, UK, and EU) in collaboration with the Global Sales Manager.
  • Administer systems and e-commerce platforms, including order processing and troubleshooting on Amazon and other marketplaces.
  • Conduct weekly and as-needed sales reporting for Amazon and other marketplaces.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving concerns and complaints efficiently.
  • Support the sales team with daily administrative tasks and maintain sales records and customer data.
  • Contribute to a constructive working environment and uphold the business' values and vision.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven sales administration or operational experience.
  • Familiarity with sales or ERP management software, experience with Brightpearl is advantageous.
  • Experience with Amazon and Marketplace administration is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong analytical and data management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and a quick learner.
  • Ability to prioritise and multi-task with excellent organisation and planning skills.
  • A team player with patience and attention to detail.
