About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting both students and teachers. Your contributions will help create an engaging and productive classroom environment, ensuring that each student reaches their full potential. This position requires previous experience in a similar role, allowing you to bring your skills and knowledge to support the school's dynamic learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons
  • Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional help
  • Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning atmosphere
  • Support students with special educational needs (SEN) and adapt materials to meet their requirements
  • Prepare learning materials and resources
  • Assist in the assessment and recording of students' progress
  • Supervise students during breaks and extracurricular activities
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom culture
