About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting both students and teachers. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons
- Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional help
- Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning atmosphere
- Support students with special educational needs (SEN) and adapt materials to meet their requirements
- Prepare learning materials and resources
- Assist in the assessment and recording of students' progress
