Your new role
Oversee the maintenance and repair of building systems (electrical/mechanical)
Lead a dedicated team of engineers and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Manage Project Works
Implement preventive maintenance programs to enhance efficiency
General building services tasksEmergency lighting, fire alarms, FCU's, AHU's, HVAC plant, water treatment, gas etc
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally to have been an engineer before moving into management/supervising.
Experience in hard services as a supervisor or managerStrong leadership and a hands-on approach
This role would suit a Facilities Manager with a Hard Services bias or an Engineering Manager, would also suit engineers with some supervisory experience.
Commercial experience (offices, schools, hospitals etc)
