Our expertise lies in Networking, Security/Communications, and Business Continuity solutions, partnering with industry leaders such as Microsoft, VMware, HP, and Dell.

This role requires a hands-on approach, ideal for someone with a solid technical foundation and strong customer interaction skills, both in person and over the phone. The successful applicant will provide remote and on-site support to existing clients and must be adaptable regarding travel. Key responsibilities include prioritizing and escalating tasks appropriately and adhering to strict SLA requirements for service availability and quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with Cloud Infrastructure including MS Azure, Amazon AWS, and Google Cloud.
  • Experience in deploying Office 365 technologies.
  • Competence in Windows Server administration (2012-2022), Active Directory, and Exchange (2016-2019).
  • Demonstrated expertise in Office 365, DNS, VPN, DHCP, and Mac OS administration.
  • Experience in configuring routers, switches, and firewalls, with strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of current backup technologies such as Veeam, Datto, and Azure Backup.
  • Familiarity with VMware, Hyper-V, and VoIP Technologies (3CX and Teams Voice is advantageous).
  • Strong communication skills, capable of representing the company positively and engaging effectively with a wide range of people.
