We are recruiting for Fleet administrator based in Wolverhampton.
Hours: 37 hours per week
Pay rate: £11.98 per hour
Timings: between 7 am to 5 pm
Location: Wolverhampton
Job Role:
To assist the fleet officer to undertake duties in support of the effective and efficient operation of the council vechiles.
Duties:
To Deputise for the Fleet Officer as required
To Process the monthly road fund Licence renewals for Council owned Vehicles.
To assist the Fleet manager in the hiring of the short and long term hire Vehicles requested for the service users, raising orders
Raising official orders, checking invoices against orders
To assist the Fleet Officer with the inspection of hired vehicles for identifying damage at both commandment and hire again at termination.
