Our client, a dynamic and well-established organisation dedicated to supporting others and making a difference, is currently seeking a methodical and forward-thinking Registered Manager to join and support the team**.**
As a Registered Manager, you will play a vital role in the team by supporting all aspects of site operations, ensuring a smooth and positive service for all patients in line with CQC regulations**.**
Duties for this role include but are not limited to:
- Overseeing the
day-to-day operations
of the service whilst ensuring high standards of care are provided consistently.
- Engaging in ongoing
professional development
to stay current with best practices in care management, participating in relevant training and development opportunities.
- Managing staff schedules
and adequate staffing levels, dealing with recruitment and training in line with regulations when needed.
- Managing budgets effectively,
ensuring financial stability while maintaining high quality care standards.
- Implementing and
maintain safeguarding policies
to protect service users, responding to and report any safeguarding concerns appropriately.
- Leading
regular team meetings
to discuss performance, updates, and any issues that arise.
- Conducting risk assessments and implementing safety measures to make sure the service complies with
health and safety legislations.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders.
- Implement
quality improvement plans
based on monitoring and CQC inspection results.
- Keeping records for all staff and service users accurate and up to date.
- Communicating effectively
with service users, families, staff, healthcare professionals, and external agencies.
- Any other duties required
The successful candidate for this role will have:
- Previous managerial experience
in a similar environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong working knowledge of
regulatory standards
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- A pure passion for the
Healthcare sector
- Flexibility
and strong "can do" attitude
