Reed In Colchester are delighted to be supporting our local client looking for a detail-orientated, personable Sales Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.
The desirable candidate would be someone with good organisational and administrative qualities, a strong communicator with problem-solving skills and an all-round positive attitude towards customer service.
Main duties include
- Processing orders and checking them thoroughly for correct pricing and product codes
- Invoicing and amending pricing on customer files as per requests from Field Sales
- Answering incoming telephone calls
- Assisting Field Sales Managers with queries/quotes
- Assisting with customer enquiries in relation to orders/quotes
- Collaborating with other departments effectively to assist urgent orders/queries
- Daily order management (organising orders in relation to their true delivery dates)
- Organising transportation of customer orders
- Liaising with Warehouse team on outbound dispatches/deliveries
