Job Description:
Recruit UK is working with a fantastic company based in Swindon, looking to expand their Mortgage Admin team. Our client holds a national presence and specialises in financial planning and mortgage advice, with a focus on offering a tailored approach to each individual client, ensuring their best interest is at the heart. You will play a big part in a close-knit team and be part of the end-to-end administration process within the Mortgage team.
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Liaising with lenders, clients and other stakeholders
- Ensure a smooth and timely process
- Processing mortgage applications
- Updating the system with accurate information and documentation
- General administration duties e.g. email management

Skills and experience required:
- Experience working in an Administration role within the mortgage industry
- Familiar with CRMs and Microsoft office
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
