About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Global Innovation Manager can navigate the intersection of beauty and technology and can guide initiatives that offer personalised and impactful experiences to consumers both online and in-store.

You will steer strategic Incubator programs, using a Beauty Tech pipeline to achieve growth and differentiation by delivering consumer-centric, transformative, and sustainable experiences through continuous learning and agile development.

What you'll need to have

We are looking for someone with experience with beauty and skincare, and a desire to discover new solutions to consumer challenges and unmet needs, through the application of the latest beauty technologies.

You will have experience delivering consumer-centric innovations and operating in an agile manner. You can demonstrate and apply to identify unique opportunities, have the desire to challenge conventional mindsets, and can translate ideas into commercially successful propositions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of consumer-centric, technology-enabled Test and Learn programmes, embracing a learn-through-doing approach with drive.
  • Collaborate with our teams (across No7 Beauty Company and Boots) and external tech partners to conceptualise consumer-facing trials across our brand portfolio.
  • Validate consumer desirability, technical feasibility, and commercial viability for scale, in order to improve incremental revenue.
  • Utilise data-driven insights to evaluate and report on the effectiveness of trials and improve performance and key metrics.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration and experimentation and proactively identify opportunities to improve awareness of the Beauty Incubator and our beauty tech trials.
