This role is to support and provide administration for revenue Control, billing and e-billing, in a busy and friendly finance team.
Key responsibilities:
- Reviewing and submitting invoices using E-Billing software: TyMetrix 360, Legal Tracker, CounselLink or Collaborati is strongly preferred
- Working with the Revenue Manager to resolve queries.
- Monitoring shared e-billing email inbox.
- Liaising with Billing Coordinators to resolve billing setups and issues that are impacting successful submission of e-bills
Required experience and skills:
- Working knowledge of the e-billing process, billing and revenue control
- Experience working with E-Billing software: TyMetrix 360, Legal Tracker, CounselLink or Collaborati is strongly preferred
- Ability to identify and resolve technical issues, and user queries
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Work well under pressure and prioritise work
