We're working exclusively with a rapidly growing, high-performing business to recruit an Engineering Service Manager to lead their Preventative Planned Maintenance (PPM) operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage PPM service desk and engineering teams
- Oversee performance, KPIs, and continuous service improvement
- Handle escalated customer issues and drive resolution
- Recruit, train, and develop team members
- Collaborate with senior leadership to enhance service delivery
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years in service/operations management, ideally within engineering or technical services
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience managing KPIs and budgets
- Customer-focused with a hands-on approach
