Sales Administrator
to join their busy and collaborative team.

The Role:
- Handling incoming enquires from customers via phone, email & live chat website orders
- Processing sales orders
- Providing quotations & following up to secure orders
- Maintaining communication with the customer, advising of order progress
- Handling sample requests
- Ensuring accurate customers records on the company database
Skills / experience required:
- Previous solid experience in a similar administrative role
- Excellent sales & customer support skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient user of MS Packages including Word & Excel
The Package:
- Monday to Thursday, 8.30am - 5pm & 12.45pm finish on Fridays
- £25,000 - £27,000
