Work from home admin role IMMEDIATE START

Are you immediately available and good administrator and looking for a challenge?

A leading healthcare provider is looking for an Administrator to join their team!

This role offers the flexibility to work from home, with a requirement to travel to a designated site once a week.

Key Requirements:

Start Date: Immediate - preferably by 26th July

Site Visits: Ability to travel to any Health Board site weekly is advantageous.

Equipment Collection: Must be able to collect necessary equipment, including a laptop, from a designated site on the first day of the contract.

Essential Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to use initiative and exercise sound judgment.

Capability to support and deliver on various administrative processes within deadlines.

Experience in communicating effectively at all organisational levels.

Competence in report production and minute taking.

Strong keyboard skills.

Skilled in planning, organising, and prioritising workload.

Desirable Skills:

Ability to speak Welsh.

Experience in project administration.

Background in the healthcare sector.

Knowledge and understanding of project methodology.
