The ideal candidate
- Will be NQ - 2 years + PQE Private Client Solicitor to manage a caseload of Private Client matters that will include - Wills, LPAs, Estate Administration and Trust administration.
- Preferably has a driving license (where home visits are required for our elderly and housebound clients).
- My client will consider a Paralegal or Legal Executive with relevant experience.
- Experience in other areas of law, such as conveyancing, is a plus but not required.
Skills and Experience
- A qualified solicitor with a valid practicing certificate
- Strong knowledge of Private Client law, including estate planning, wills and trusts, and probate matters
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- A critical thinker with excellent attention to detail
- A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Duties
- Managing your own caseload independently
- You will have a good variety of private client cases and an opportunity to progress and fee earn.
- My client fully supports training and candidates will be supported by the firm.
- The chosen candidate will have secretarial support and their own office.
