About the role:
- Handling inbound enquiries from customers
- Directing them to a repairer where appropriate
- Assisting repairers with our claims process
- Authorising valid repairs
- Processing invoices for payment of valid claims
About you:
- An adaptable and positive attitude
- Ready to undertake a new challenge working in a busy office
- Previous experience within the motor industry is essential
- Experience providing a positive customer experience
- Proficient in MS Office software
Benefits:

- Hours: 37.5 hours Monday to Friday – 9:00am to 5:00pm
