About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and elevate their social media and content strategy. As the head of a small team, you'll be responsible for managing two junior executives, driving content ideation, and implementing social media strategies. The role offers creative freedom to shape the company's online presence while collaborating with other teams on wider marketing channels like SEO and PPC.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a social media strategy across paid and organic channels.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire two junior team members to drive content creation and execution.
- Ideate and plan content that aligns with the company's goals, with resources at your disposal to help bring your ideas to life.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize the social media strategy.
- Collaborate with SEO, PPC, and wider digital marketing teams to ensure alignment across channels.
- Stay updated on industry trends to keep strategies fresh and competitive.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in planning and executing successful social media strategies.
- Strong content ideation skills, with a background in leading content-focused campaigns.
- Experience managing paid and organic social media channels.
- Familiarity with other digital marketing channels like SEO and PPC.
- Leadership experience, particularly in managing and developing junior team members.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to broader marketing efforts.
