Due a series of recent business wins, particularly in their audit services line - the current management team would benefit from the addition of an Audit Senior Manager who can build and grow a portfolio of clients with c.£500k fee income. The firm assists clients from a broad range of sectors including Real Estate, Surveyors,Charities, Law Firms, including UK subsidiaries of overseas Listed Groups with turnovers £50M-£100M.
What will this Audit Senior Manager role entail?
- Split of work will vary 80%-100% audit and 20% accounts and tax
- Managing a varied portfolio of clients and control all aspects of the preparation and execution of engagements for those clients including finalisation meetings
- Prepare and discuss staff performance reports and participate in staff appraisals (2/3 team members)
- Prepare the invoice of client work. Monitoring time spent on engagements to ensure a commercial return for the business.
- Cross selling firm services and assist Partners with business development
- Utilising CCH and Inflo
Audit Senior Manager Requirements:
- At least 8 years' general practice experience, and must be competent in all aspects of audit, accounts and taxation work
- ACA or ACCA qualified
- Excellent communication skills
