Job Duties:
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment efficiently to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as peeling, chopping, and cleaning vegetables.
- Ensure kitchen areas are kept clean and organized at all times.
- Dispose of waste in accordance with established procedures, including recycling where applicable.
- Assist chefs and kitchen staff with various tasks as needed, such as fetching ingredients and storing supplies.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
- Adhere to food hygiene standards and assist with maintaining kitchen cleanliness during busy periods.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
