Customer Support Advisor
Location - Central Milton Keynes
Pay rate - £14.40 per hour
Current working hours are - 9.00am - 5.00pm (35 hours)
Temporary contract - On-going
We are recruiting Customer Support Advisors for a sought after company to work for in Milton Keynes who are a leader in what they do. Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calls to members regarding outstanding declarations, applications and subscriptions.
- Manage enquiries to completion, always taking the time to fully support the member with their query.
- Update members contact information.
- Assist customers by understanding their journey and highlighting the value of available products and services.
What you need:
- Excellent communication skills and confident on the phone
- Confident using CRM systems and outlook
- Available immediately for an on-going assignment
