My client are seeking an experienced and dynamic Contracts Manager to join their team in Redditch. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high street retail and ideally possess joinery experience. A background in site management is essential, and experience in the food and beverage sector would be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage contracts from inception to completion, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with contractual terms and safety regulations.

Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain effective communication and resolve any issues that arise.

Prepare and present reports on project status, financial performance, and risk management.

Ensure all contractual documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

Collaborate with the project management team to develop and implement project plans and schedules.

Requirements:

Proven experience in high street retail projects.

Strong joinery background.

3+ years at Contracts Manager level

Previous experience in site management.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Experience in the food and beverage sector is a bonus.

Working Conditions:

Office-based in Redditch

Regular site visits nationwide

One day working from home per week.
