Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a fantastic company based in Redhill, who have an exciting new opportunity for a Training Coordinator to join their team.
The company have been established for many years, and are well respected within their industry. The role of Training Coordinator is key to the business, and will involve developing, organising and delivering training to employees.
Specific responsibilities will include:
- Delivering inductions to new employees
- Designing and delivering virtual and face to face training
- Managing online training system to assist in the delivery and reporting of training
- Identifying ongoing training needs, creating training plans and developing training materials
- Supporting individual development goals
- Following up and evaluating training, ensuring that statutory requirements are met
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong interpersonal skills at all levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Highly organised with good time management skills
The company offer a competitive salary of up to £32,000 and benefits including pension and life assurance.
