We require Local Support Services Team Member to cover an existing workload within Counter Terrorism Policing, based in Empress State Building.
This is an interim position for an initial 6 months with the potential to be extended, dependent on workload.
- The candidate is required to be onsite.
- Work hours can be discussed, but the Hiring Manager is open to considering condensed hours over a 3-day week.
- Monday and Tuesday are non-negotiable workdays. The third day can be discussed and agreed upon.
- Interviews will be conducted face-to-face.
Job Summary
To be part of a team providing a broad range of business support services to staff based at the Counter Terrorism Operations Centre.
Key Tasks
- Place orders for goods & services as required, via the Police Standard Operating Platform system.
- Staffing the Building Management Team storeroom, and issuing items required by staff.
- Assisting the Messengers with the movement of internal despatch & post, and assisting with deliveries to CTOC.
Essentials Experience
Experience of working in a customer focused environment. Also, good communication skills.
Desirables
Knowledge of general software packages, such as, Word, Excel & Outlook.
