About the Role: We are seeking dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to join out team supporting primary schools in Maidstone. As an SEN TA, you'll play a crucial role in supporting students with special educational needs, ensuring they thrive in their learning environment.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with students on a 1-to-1 basis, providing additional support.
- Assist in implementing individualised education plans or educational heath care plans (IEPs/EHCPs).
