Clinical Negligence Solicitor – Hybrid Working – High Value Work
QED Legal have been presented with an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor to join a Legal 200 high-quality, multi-service practice on a permanent basis.

What will you be doing?
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical negligence and 2 years minimum PQE as you will be responsible for managing your own complex caseload of Clin Neg cases, both pre-litigated and litigated, and should be confident in all areas of medical, dental and clinical injuries.
Your caseload will consist of both Fast Track and Multi track claims, so you must demonstrate the ability to manage a high and varied workload as well as understanding of the technical issues involved in dealing with a litigated case. You will also be working with Proclaim, so experience with this is highly desirable.
What can you bring to the team?
You must be a fully qualified solicitor with 2-3 years PQE and have experience of dealing with complex and high value Industrial Disease, fast track/multi-track litigated cases and/or clinical negligence. You must also have excellent communication and organisational skills as you will be expected to work well within a team and independently.
