Marketing and office manager

This is an exciting role working for a small business that sells health products.

If you are looking for a role that allows you to multitask, learn and take responsibility this could be the role for you. You will be involved in everything. This role would suit a graduate or someone with a keen interest in natural health.

£25-£28k PA

dependant on the experience you bring.

Specific Responsibilities

Full training provided

  • Providing excellent customer service on the phone and via emails
  • Office administration: ordering stationery and supplies, taking meter readings and ad hoc services to support the office working efficiently
  • Research into procurement of ingredients, developing relationships with partners
  • Acting as a Personal Assistant for the Founders and Managing Director: booking flights, arranging visas, booking appointments and organising diaries.
  • Supporting the needs of the team and promoting a harmonious environment
  • Help to make changes to the website based on feedback and data
  • Coordinate and report website issues with the developers.
  • Support with company event planning
  • Drafting mailouts and supporting the organisation and categorisation of mailing lists and reporting on activities
  • Ensuring content plans are followed and are well organised

The ideal candidate would

  • Be able to get to the office in Seend, Melksham Monday to Friday
  • Have 2 years of office based work experience
  • Be extremely well organised and efficient
  • Be able to juggle various activities and prioritise important jobs
  • Be enthusiastic and energetic

Full training provided

On all softwares and packages used within the business.
