?? Responsibilities:

As a Compliance Account Manager, you will be the front line point of contact for customers (Members) of the scheme, with your own responsibility for specific accounts. Your main tasks will involve:

  • Handling customer queries in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Developing a strong understanding of relevant regulations to provide quality advice to members on regulatory and reporting requirements.
  • Maintaining scheme email accounts, including sending bulk mail outs and creating communications.
  • Working closely with colleagues and managers to provide the highest standard of customer service.
  • Participating in customer retention and growth through engagement activities.
  • Collecting member data submissions for registration with regulatory bodies and ensuring accuracy.
  • Conducting desk-based audits of members' data and obligations.

????? Essential (Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience):

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to handle queries professionally and efficiently.
  • Keen interest in and understanding of relevant regulations.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Excel.

?? Desirable (Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience):

  • Prior experience in compliance or account management.
  • Familiarity with data auditing processes.
