T2M are currently recruiting a Service Administrator to join a leading engineering services business who provide maintenance, repair and installation services.
This would be suited to someone experienced in supporting service department activities with a good understanding of how they operate.
Key Responsibilities of a Service Administrator

Provide flexible support to the team, including but not limited to...

Scheduling engineer visits.

Reviewing and sending out service reports to customers.

Uploading reports to customer portals.

Responding to incoming emails and calls and providing support to management.

Act as a point of contact within the company liaising between internal teams and customers at all levels.

Undertake general administration duties relevant to your position including data entry and responding to emails and telephone calls.
Requirements to be successful as a Service Administrator
- Experience working within a Service Support/Admistrative type Position.
- Experience in using Business Management systems.
- Customer focussed and commercially aware.
- Exceptional communication skills both in person and on the phone.
- High attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
This is a permanent position working for a company that provide engineering services for M&E systems all across the UK. You would be based from the companies office in Redditch, and could earn a salary of up to £25,000 depending on experience level.
