Hybrid role within various sites local to your area 3-4 days a week, home based 1-2 days a week.
A leading managed IT service provider requires Helpdesk engineers to support IT with their partners in the outskirts of London.
You will be aiding in the running of the day-to-day helpdesk onsite and providing first—and second-line support while covering a small local area of clients
Your responsibilities will include,
- Working through a service desk and resolving 1st-2nd line support calls and ensuring all calls are followed through logically, methodically and escalating when necessary.
- Supporting and maintaining the infrastructure within the clients to ensure maximum uptime troubleshooting within a predominantly Microsoft environment
- Be able to find solutions to common IT/ Network problems
- You will manage your own day-to-day workload
Our Requirements
- Experience in supporting IT in a controlled environment
- Two or more years' experience managing Network infrastructure/ Service Desk.
