Overview:
A highly esteemed and established academic estate based in Slough are looking for a proactive and hard-working Maintenance Operative to join their team. Working with the your fellow Operatives, you be charged with providing the practical and preventative work to the estate and grounds.
Starting as soon as possible, this Maintenance Operative will have multi facetted experience in Maintenance as well as possess high attention to detail and have good communication skills.
Housing a welcoming and longstanding team, this client delivers a first-class service so in return expect brilliance from their staff.

You will :
- Have 3 years minimum of Maintenance experience of both buildings and grounds
- have conducted visual checks on site and no what to look for
- Be proactive and self motivated
- Have a flexible approach to work
- Have or able to obtain a DBS
Job duties of the Driver:
- Respond to outstanding work tickets for repair work
- Clean and check heating and ventilation systems
- Assembling furniture
- Keep maintenance storage organised
- Setup and dismantle of equipment for events
