Partnerships Manager (Maternity Cover)

Are you a highly motivated individual who enjoys managing multiple relationships in a fast-paced environment? Do you have a passion for the arts? If so, Scottish Ballet has a fantastic opportunity for a Partnerships Manager (Maternity Cover) in the Partnerships Team (Advancement: Fundraising).

What you need to know

You will be responsible for achieving Corporate Partnership targets through exemplary relationship management with our key partners, the development and conversion of prospect partnerships and the delivery of exceptional corporate benefits. You will also lead on the management and development of Scottish Ballet's corporate membership scheme

This role is best suited to someone who has:

  • Previous experience of successful relationship management in corporate fundraising or brand relationships
  • Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills

It's a temporary role to cover a period of maternity leave (of up to 12 months):

  • Salary is £30,000 to £32,000 per annum, dependent on experience
  • The role is full-time, around 35 hours per week
  • The role is primarily based in our Glasgow HQ with requirement to tour around the UK
