Day to Day Duties
An exciting new role for a Finance Administrator - duties include general day to day duties including administration, to ensure the smooth running of the department.
- Accurate and timely posting of invoices to the purchase ledger
- Credit Control
- Dealing with discrepancies'
- Problem Solving
- Filing and Reconciliation
- Answering the phones and taking messages
Essential Skills
- Attention to detail
- Very strong communication level - excellent telephone manner
- Successful candidate must have SAGE experience
- Good organizer and can prioritize workload
- Good team player and strong team ethos
Desirable Experience
- Must have Sage Experience
- Strong administration skills
- 5 years experience with Sage
What training is provided?
- Must be experience - there will be a company assessment and a handover of the role
