Day to Day Duties

An exciting new role for a Finance Administrator - duties include general day to day duties including administration, to ensure the smooth running of the department.

  • Accurate and timely posting of invoices to the purchase ledger
  • Credit Control
  • Dealing with discrepancies'
  • Problem Solving
  • Filing and Reconciliation
  • Answering the phones and taking messages

Essential Skills

  • Attention to detail
  • Very strong communication level - excellent telephone manner
  • Successful candidate must have SAGE experience
  • Good organizer and can prioritize workload
  • Good team player and strong team ethos

Desirable Experience

  • Must have Sage Experience
  • Strong administration skills
  • 5 years experience with Sage

What training is provided?

  • Must be experience - there will be a company assessment and a handover of the role
