You will work within the Global Network Management (GNM) team, which manages external entity relationships and accounts on behalf of DB globally, and Birmingham is a regulatory and control hub.

Your key responsibilities

  • Working with the global external network, internal Owners and Operations, ensuring completion of recertifications, establishing strong relationships and effectively managing escalations.
  • Meeting regulatory obligations and reporting requirements.
  • Working with internal teams to investigate and resolve reconciliation discrepancies.
  • Remote due diligence which includes reviewing agent responses by assessing, identifying, and escalating risks, and monitoring through to completion. The process also includes legal documentation review.
  • Managing operational queries and escalations raised internally or by agent bank network and responding in a timely and appropriate manner.
  • Managing, interpreting, presenting data to support a range of information requests for regulatory reporting and audit.

Your skills and experience

  • Strong written and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to read and digest detailed reports/regulatory guidance/papers, interpret and draft relevant documents.
  • Confident data review, analysis and presentation (pivots/v-lookup/text functions/formulas/SharePoint/PowerPoint/Excel ) with high and consistent attention to detail.
  • Strong ability to coordinate, host and minute conference calls for senior management/external audiences.
  • Ability to prioritise and effectively manage workload across multiple workstreams, working within tight time frames. Whilst providing accurate status updates, escalations and highlighting remedial actions.
