Is one of London's leading student accomodation providers with 9 unique properties across Central London.
Your new role
- Check the systems for daily reactive and future maintenance tasks
- Carry out PPMs, light checks, replacing bulbs etc.
- Painting and Decorating within the rooms and communal areas.
- Basic Plumbing, dealing with blockages & leaks etc.
- Fixing/Replacing doors & locks.
- Carry out Reactive Maintenance Tasks.
What you'll need to succeed
- At least 4 years experience in the above.
- Proven track record in completing maintenance tasks in a timely and professional manor.
- Previous experience doing maintenance within hospitality/student accomodation is proffered, but not essential.
