Hays are pleased to be working with an international reputable and exclusive client, who is looking to appoint a Temporary Credit Controller.
Your new role
This Credit Control role will be focussing on the companies' Dutch ledger. (Please note that you do not need to speak Dutch, but may need to use Google translate on specific documents).
Duties include:
- End to end credit control
- Proactively chasing debt, via email and telephone
- Cash allocation
- Query resolution
- Dealing with the Dutch ledger of the business
- General administration
- Liaising with internal stakeholders
- Issue invoices
- Cross-reference receipts and credits
- Building rapport with both internal and external customers
What you'll need to succeed
You will have good knowledge of Credit Control and have experience in this field. You will have good organisation skills alongside the ability to communicate with customers and clients. Good telephone manner will be essential to build rapport. The company have explained that you do not need to know the Dutch language but may be required to use Google translate in order to translate and understand. Ideally on short notice or immediately available.
