Commercial Finance Analyst | Surrey | £40,000 - £45,000 per annum | Travel Company | Hybrid (3 days in office)
JasperRose are partnering with a market leading travel company who are looking to add a Commercial Finance Analyst to their team. This opportunity will see you joining a people first company in their EMEA headquarters. This award-winning company are based in Surrey and are in the office 3 days per week.
This is a newly created role within the commercial finance team due to internal restructure within the finance department, reporting to the Senior FP&A Manager you would be working alongside a team of 3.
Your main duties will be to:
- Manage the month end process of commission actuals and forecasting
- Performance analysis - present weekly to sales team explaining performance
- Partnering with non-finance stakeholders
- Analyse previous data in order to forecast future results
- Support month-end close to forecast the upcoming budget
- Various other ad hoc analysis
Skill set required:
The successful candidate will have experience carrying out financial analysis, and understanding month-to-month variance. Advanced Excel skills are essential, with Power BI and Hyperion skills desirable. You will be actively studying for ACCA / CIMA at the Part Qualified level. Experience working in travel, FMCG, or a consumer brand is desirable. You will be proactive in nature with the confidence to drive change and communicate efficiently.
