Customer Service/Helpdesk Coordinator required for this temp role to start ASAP until December 2024.
Location: Outskirts of Cambridge City (with parking)
Hours: 36.5 per week
Pay rate: £15.50 per hour
Duties:
- Supporting customers with problems/issues
- Raising work orders
- Monitoring the delivery of the work orders
- Fleet administration; vehicle recalls, fuel cards, insurance claims etc
- Update records
- Prepare invoices
- Raise purchase orders
Your skills/experience:
- Previous helpdesk/customer service experience
- Excellent telephone manner
- Happy to commit until December
