A great opportunity has arisen for an Estimator to join a global leader in high end fit out company who supply to some of the most prestigious companies
Job Description:
- Providing competitive estimates for bespoke joinery supply and install packages including fixtures and fittings
- Accurately cost project/enquiry.
- Developing client relationships to enhance opportunities to tender, negotiate and enhance tender margins.
- Liaising with the Client and Design Team during the tender process.
- Producing sub-contract and material enquires for bespoke joinery.
- Checking tender documents, making amendments where required.
- Abstracting information into subcontract and material packages.
- Identifying scope for design alternatives and value engineering.
- Attending site surveys when required.
Beneficial Skills:
- Joinery manufacturing experience.
- Fixture and fitting experience
- Confidence in taking enquires from clients, pricing, and submitting professionally to the client teams.
- A good understanding of the manufacturing process
