Silver and Bow is a bespoke PA and Household Staff Recruitment Agency working with the most discerning clients in the UK and internationally. We are looking for a Junior Consultant to join the team and support us with administrative tasks, candidate resourcing and marketing. The role offers a unique opportunity to learn the daily operations of a leading agency and gain experience in a busy and fast-moving office where no two days are the same!
Everyday duties will include:
- Categorising and entering data from incoming CVs
- Pre-screening candidates - flagging CVs that satisfy our open roles
- Liaising with candidates
- Collating documentation from candidates and updating internal systems
- Organising interviews
- Managing job advert campaigns and helping to curate engaging content
- Understand client recruitment needs and develop initiatives to source suitable candidates.
- Ad hoc projects and tasks, as required
What We're Looking For:
- No prior recruitment experience is necessary
- Strong motivation and a proactive attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Natural problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Adaptability to our processes and systems
