Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the development of robust budgets, forecasts, and long-range strategic plans.
- Performance analysis - Diving deep into financial data, identifying key trends, variances, and providing actionable insights into business performance.
- Working closely with various departments to understand business drivers and support key investment and operational decisions.
- Contributing to comprehensive financial reports and developing sophisticated financial models to enhance forecasting accuracy and efficiency.
- Identifying opportunities to streamline FP&A processes and implement best practices.
Requirements:
- Newly qualified (within the last 12-18 months).
- Top 10 Practice Background: Essential experience gained from a leading accounting firm, with a strong audit foundation.
- You're naturally inquisitive, meticulous with data, and skilled at translating complex financial information into clear, actionable insights.
- A strong command of Excel is a must; experience with financial modelling is a significant advantage.
- Confident in presenting financial information to non-finance stakeholders and collaborating across teams.
- A genuine interest in understanding business operations and contributing to commercial success.
- Eager to learn, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
