Baltic Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a great client of ours with their search for a Mechanical Design Engineer to support business growth.
Key Duties:
- Assist in the design and development of fuel pumping systems, assemblies, and components.
- Generate 3D CAD models.
- Generate 2D drawings for clients, fabrication, and installation.
- Support workshop fabrication/assembly as a designer.
- Support on-site installation works of pumping systems.
- Contribute design input for the tender team.
- Produce flowrate and pressure drop calculations.
- Assist with equipment selection and specification for procurement.
- Assist with procurement of components and organising materials delivery to site.
- Participate in client meetings including HAZOP studies.
- Contribute to pump controls system design.
- Occasional travel to client sites required.
Key Skills, Experience & Qualifications Required:
- Relevant Mechanical Engineering qualification.
- Experience in similar role.
- AutoCAD.
- Revit.
- Other CAD experience welcomed but must be willing to learn and work with AutoCAD and Revit.
- Possession of valid UK driving licence.
The Package:
- 30,000 - £45,000 per annum depending on experience.
- Monday-Friday 37.5 hrs per week.
