Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
- Providing strategic advice and counsel to clients across a range of contentious employment matters.
- Representing clients in tribunals, mediations, and negotiations with confidence and professionalism.
- Collaborating with colleagues to develop innovative legal strategies and solutions.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships based on trust, integrity, and exceptional service.
The Ideal Candidate:
- A qualified Solicitor with a passion for employment law (NQ plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
