Responsive Repairs Supervisor – £39,595.36 per annum – Stafford (Hybrid)

The Role

As a Responsive Repairs Supervisor with Housing Plus Group, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive a prompt and professional service. You'll oversee a team of tradespeople and other staff, ensuring they deliver a 'right first time' approach to repairs and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a team of trades operatives and staff.
  • Ensure a high standard of service delivery.
  • Diagnose and prioritise work activities and tasks.
  • Conduct post inspections and internal audits.
  • Produce reports and handle data for reporting purposes.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of building regulations and industry standards.

The Person

  • Proven experience in multi trades, preferably in Social Housing.
  • Strong supervisory and team leadership skills.
  • Nationally recognised trade qualification or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of current building regulations and safety standards.
  • Competent IT user, including Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent customer care skills.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
