£30-35k OTE p.a
Our client, a prestigious automotive dealership has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team.
Key responsibilities:
- Keep the customer updated at each stage of the repair journey.
- Complete paperwork and ensure prices and delivery dates are accurate.
- Understand the Bodyshop offering, to be able to advise customers and reassure them at each stage of the process.
- Help ensure that a customer has a positive experience while their car is with us.
- Working to high standards suitable for brands such as Ferrari, Porsche, BMW and the other brands Dick Lovett Group represent.
Key skills/experience:
- Experience in a customer service role, if you can confidently interact with customers, we can teach you everything you need to know!
- Computer literate
- Communication skills
- Ability to work well within a team
