Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic
Business Development Manager
(BDM) with a background in property or legal services to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and growing our relationships with Connells Estate Agency branches, maximising conveyancing instructions, and developing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities of a Business Development Manager
- Develop and manage relationships with Connells Estate Agency branches to understand their needs and maximise conveyancing instructions for CDPL.
- Act as a proactive contact and relationship manager for our business partners, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded**.**
- Work closely with our internal legal team managers to assist them in maximising work opportunities through aligned relationships.
- Work strategically to develop new non-Group business relationships and opportunities.
- Conduct research to support development strategy and identify key contacts for business growth.
Skills and experience required of a Business Development Manager
- Experience in business development is an advantage.
- Background/Experience within the property or legal services sector.
- Strong understanding of the conveyancing process and the ability to manage and nurture relationships with estate agencies.
- Excellent strategic thinking and research skills to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead on tender documentation and presentations.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach to managing business partnerships and driving growth.
