Description
- Oversee and manage all eCommerce activities across various digital platforms.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve online sales and digital presence.
- Manage online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
- Improve usability, design, content and conversion of the company's website.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Collaborate with design teams to improve user experience.
- Analyse key metrics that unit our website traffic and our service quotas.
- Prepare and manage digital marketing budget.
Profile
A successful eCommerce Manager should have:
- A degree in Digital Marketing or relevant field.
- Proven working experience in eCommerce, particularly within the Manufacturing industry.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools.
- Experience in setting up and optimising Google AdWords campaigns + using Magento
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
