Spanish Speaking Customer Service

We are looking to recruit due to growth for our established company based in Newport an experienced Customer service executive who can also speak fluent Spanish.

The role will be working in a small team of established customer service executives and will be dealing with clients queries from initial phone call through to resolution.

We are ideally looking for someone with customer service and administration experience, but the main priority is to speak fluent Spanish.

Duties:

  • Answering calls from client's Spanish help line
  • Dealing with queries in a positive manner
  • Arranging deliveries
  • Dealing with Invoice queries
  • Updating a database with all information needed.
  • Speaking to other departments and repaying back to the client when needed.
  • Working as a small established team who all support each other.

This is a permanent role with the company starting salary of £24,000.

The candidate will be based in Newport. The work hours would be 8-4 or 9-5 on a rota basis, Monday to Thursday and 8 to 4 on the Fridays.
