Are you an immediatelly available Financial Accountant? Do you have experience working with IFRS 16?
If so, we are seeking an experienced Financial Accountant for our clients team - an E-commerce/retail business based in Hatfield.
The role will report into the Finance Manager and will incorporate a variety of tasks within the financial accounting team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establishing and reviewing internal controls working closely with the business as a whole.
- Communicating with the senior leadership team and providing regular updates on the internal controls.
- Working across the month-end reporting procedures.
- Working closely with the auditors on any financial controls queries.
- Promoting financial control awareness and guiding the teams in establishing efficient controls.
- Ad-hoc project work.
Role Requirements:
- ACA/ACCA qualified.
- Big 4 audit experience is strongly desirable.
- Experience working closely with internal control maintenance.
- Strong efficient communicator.
- Well organised and motivated to work well within a team.
