Base Salary: £20,000 - £29,000 (pro-rata) with car allowance & financial guarantees for 6 months

What You'll Do:
- As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor or Trainee Mortgage Broker, you will assist clients in securing the best possible mortgage deals and protection products.
- Offer mortgage advice with access to the whole of the mortgage market plus a panel of 6 for protection business.
- Build strong relationships with clients, understand their individual needs, and offer personalized advice.
- Collaborate with introducers and colleagues to generate leads and achieve targets.
- Work in a team environment with an existing team.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to FCA regulations.
Who You Are:
- Driven and Eager to Learn: Possess a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to success.
- Partially Qualified or Aspiring Broker: Have a partial mortgage qualification (CeMAP or CF1).
- Sales Savvy: Previous sales experience, preferably within a financial or customer-focused role, is a plus.
- Strong Work Ethic: Willingness to learn, and commitment to building a successful career.
- Eligibility to Work in the UK: Clean credit history, no criminal convictions, and a full UK driving license required.
